The central location made it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.
However, the room was uncomfortably hot during the night.

Perfect spot for couples ❤️
The breakfast was varied and plentiful with some great savory options like scrambled eggs! The location is everything! ! You've got gondolas passing by and a charming atmosphere we just couldn't get enough of!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

I loved the authentic Venetian charm, especially the elegant decor with antique furniture that added a warm, welcoming ambiance. The hotel’s proximity to popular attractions made it easily accessible for me and my friends.
A lift would improve accessibility for seniors.

Excellent location near major attractions.
I was extremely disappointed with the initial room assignment. We were given an undesirable room on the second floor and asked to pay extra for what we actually booked. The reception staff, particularly Alba, did not seem to take responsibility for her mistake, which left a sour impression on our experience.

Charming, Charming, Charming.
The historic decor transported me straight into Venetian elegance, with rich red velvet furniture and charming vintage windows framing a lovely courtyard view. Breakfast was a delightful spread of delectable pastries and fresh cheeses, making mornings truly special. Plus, the accessibility to water taxis right outside was a luxe touch that simplified exploring the stunning canals!
do recommend 🥰💖

This was a prime choice for a quick layover in Venice with value for price. We loved hearing the gondoliers singing in the mornings. It's a bit tricky to find, so have good directions ready.

The location was incredibly convenient, being just a
short walk from St Mark's Square. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. However, the air conditioning struggled a bit, making the room warmer than we would have liked during our stay.

Charming Stay with Stunning Views!
Our three-night escapade was filled with romance and relaxation in the Luxury Double Room with Canal View. The breathtaking views were unforgettable! Make sure to explore nearby dining options—they offer delicious Venetian cuisine. Note that the lift is small, so pack light for more ease.

The guided tours were awesome, and we even took an excursion to Murano Island! Perfect location and friendly staff made it a memorable trip.
Finding the hotel was tricky for us, especially at night. It took longer than expected, so be prepared with a map to avoid any stress.

A cozy stay amidst the hustle
Woke up each morning to the charming sounds of gondoliers singing. The location was amazing—just steps away from iconic sights and delightful cafes. Truly a Venetian gem!
However, the room was quite cramped and lacked an extra key, making it inconvenient for us when coming and going. A few more amenities would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, just a short walk from the famous Piazza San Marco. It was perfect for our family, and we loved that our pet could join us. The staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use a bit more space.
